We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our AI solutions do not deliver measurable results within 30 days of deployment, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the 30-day period.

Payment Terms

You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Client Responsibilities

Not using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property of MetrxAI remain our exclusive property.

Custom Deliverables

Custom AI implementations, workflows, and integrations created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Your Data

You retain all rights to your business data. We will only use your data as necessary to provide our services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS OR ROI, THOUGH WE WORK DILIGENTLY TO DELIVER MEASURABLE VALUE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, METRXAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR OUR SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate monthly services with 30 days' written notice. Project-based services may be subject to different termination terms as outlined in your service agreement.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you:

Breach these Terms or your service agreement
Fail to pay amounts due
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

You must pay all outstanding fees
We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services
We may retain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
